I started off very sceptically as being a 54 year old menopausal woman I didn't believe that anything would help me. Initially to the music I was clumsy and had trouble replicating the steps. I just got my set and did the tutorials and my first workout. It was so fun! I couldn't do ALL the hand motions with all the footwork but I'll get there. I felt a little clumsy but still had fun!
