At move & burn, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy outlines how you can request deletion of your personal information from our systems and how we handle those requests.

1. What Data We Collect
When using the MOVE & BURN App, we may collect the following types of data: Account information (name, email, login credentials), App usage data (workout history, preferences, goals), Device and technical data (device type, OS, IP address), Optional wellness inputs (e.g., mood tracking, menstrual cycle, dietary preferences)

2. Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. This includes: Permanent deletion of your user profile, Removal of any wellness, fitness, and meditation tracking history, Deletion of data stored on third-party services we use to operate the app

3. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion in one of the following ways:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
Open the MOVE & BURN App Go to Account > Delete My Data
Follow the prompts to confirm your request
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@move-burn.comwith the subject: Data Deletion Request

Include the email address associated with your Homebodi account

4. What Happens After You Request Deletion
Your data will be permanently deleted within 7–14 business daysYou will receive an email confirmation once the process is completeIf you have an active subscription, it will be canceled at the end of the billing period

5. Exceptions
We may retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or security purposes, such as: Fraud prevention, Resolving disputes, Compliance with legal obligations. This data is retained only as long as legally necessary and then permanently deleted.
